Laboratory Water Damage

Drinking fountains usually have problems, and after ten years of installation, the supply lines are bound to break. This laboratory, located in Arlington, TX, called us right away to clean and repair the damage from the broken pipe.

The main concern for the laboratory was the mold growth after water damage. As shown in the before photo, it shows metal studs and a channel where water can gather inside and take days to dry. The humidity would give mold plenty of time to grow to create a problem for a laboratory that likes a clean and mold-free environment.
