Overhead Water Damages Home in Cordova, TN
SERVPRO of East Arlington responded to residential water damage to this home caused by a leak in a pipe connected to the water heater. The leaked water affected the hall, bedroom, and master bedroom. The carpet was detached, removed, and disposed of according to industry standards for drying. This allowed for the carpet to be quickly and effectively dried. We removed a portion of the ceiling to pull out trapped, wet insulation. To protect the home owner’s bedding, we removed the linens and placed the containment to protect from debris and dust. The customer was highly satisfied with the precautions to protect their bedroom.
